The Scottish Masters competition held at the Palace of Arts in Glasgow on the 7th February 2010 was a great success. There was 1 female and 13 male lifters. The results are on the RESULTS page. Thank you to everyone who helped make the competition go so well.

Gary Swanney is resigning as Masters Treasurer as of 31st December 2009. If anyone is interested in taking up the Treasurers position please contact Gary, John McNiven or Jean McConville.

The UK Masters held at Kilwinning Weightlifting Club on Saturday 7th November was a great success. The results are on the RESULTS page. George Byng (age group 8) set a new Masters record for the snatch of 55kg in the 77kg body weight class.
